Welcome to sandrewlloyd.com. I have tried to draft the following policies in a clear and concise format. However, I understand that you might still have uncertainties. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
SAndrewLloyd.com provides digital downloads and hard copies of music by S. Andrew Lloyd. Please find below the specific terms of service for each of the products.
1. Digital Downloads
Each digital download may or may not contain a cover page along with the sheet music.
You will have 24 hours to download your digital purchase.
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the order and not when you download the file.
All download sales are final.
SAndrewLloyd.com is not responsible for a bad product received as a result of defective computer equipment on the end of the consumer. The scores will look better if they are printed on high quality heavier weight paper with a high quality printer.
Please use the score for personal use only.
Please do not forward, or give the downloaded score to any other individual or organization.
Please do not make unauthorized recordings or videos of licensed material. Personal use recordings and or video are permissible. However, please contact me if you wish to make a recording or video for public use.
Please check sandrewlloyd.com regularly for any updates to your score. While great care has gone into providing beautiful scores to you, occasionally I will find errors, that will be fixed and posted to the footer of my website under "Score Updates." Most of these changes will be menial and won’t affect your overall experience or performance of the piece. However, minor content changes may occur, at which time please contact me with your proof of purchase and I will amicably work with you in providing the most updated version of your score.
2. Hard Copies of Scores
All Hard Copy sales are final.
If for some reason, there is a defect in the score, please email within 10 days, and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

A reasonable inventory will be kept in stock, and shipped in a timely fashion. However, in times of high demand please allow one week for the product to be shipped. An email will be sent accordingly.
